Mold teddy bears using candy coating. Roll light pink fondant to desired thickness and cut using the same scalloped cutter used to cut cookies. Brush cookie with piping gel and attach fondant. Emboss fondant with patchwork cutters. Pipe tiny icing dots around the egde of cookie. Attach chocolate teddy bear to top of fondant using piping gel.
