Instructions

Your favorite rolled cut out sugar cookies baked and cooled.
Flood Consistency Royal Icing Colors: white, green, orange, blue, yellow, pink and black.
Stiff Consistency Royal Icing Colors: Orange w/Tip #1, Green w/Tip #2, and Blue w/tip #352.
Happy Easter Plaque Cookie:
Outline and flood the entire surface of the cookie with green flood consistency royal icing. Use a scribe tool to smooth and shape the icing.
While the icing is still wet, add yellow polka dots to the surface. Allow the icing to crust over.
Outline the plaque with orange stiff icing.
Roll out fondant and cut out signs using a smaller version of the plaque cutter.
Assemble your message with the snap-together letter embosser and emboss the fondant.
Attach the message and the royal icing flower to the cookie with a dab of royal icing.
Allow cookies to dry overnight.
Easter Bunny Cookie:
For the royal icing flower, draw a circle the size of a quarter. With stiff blue icing fitted with tip #352, pipe leaves around the circle. Pipe an inner circle of leaves. Add a yellow sugar pearl for the center. Leave to dry overnight.
Outline and flood the entire surface of the cookie in white flood consistency royal icing. Use a scribe tool to smooth and shape the icing. Allow the icing to dry.
Pipe two black eyes (or add black sugar pearls when the icing is still wet) and a pink nose. Allow to dry.
With an edible food marker, outline the bunny and the inner ears. Draw some facial features such as whiskers, muzzle and eyelashes.
Paint the inner ear with pink edible paint.
Attach the royal icing flower with a dab royal icing as glue. Allow the cookies to dry overnight.
Carrot Cookie:
Outline and flood the carrot in orange flood consistency icing. Use a scribe tool to smooth and shape the icing.
Outline and flood the carrot top in green flood icing. Allow the icing to crust over.
With stiff orange icing, pipe random lines detailing the surface and shape of the carrot.
With green stiff icing, pipe whimsical lines to resemble the carrot tops. Allow the cookies to dry overnight.
Chick Cookie:
Pipe the two feathers on top of the chicks head, then outline and flood the entire surface of the cookie except the beak with yellow flood consistency icing. Allow icing to crust.
Flood the beak area with orange royal icing.
Outline and flood the wing.
Pipe a black icing eye (or add a black sugar pearl when the icing is still wet).
Attach a royal icing flower with a dab of royal icing. Allow the cookies to dry overnight.
Blue Bird Cookie:
Outline and flood the entire body of the bird. Use a scribe tool to smooth and shape the icing. Allow the icing to crust over.
With orange flood icing, pipe the bird's beak.
Outline and flood the bird's wing.
Pipe a black eye (or add black sugar pearls when the icing is still wet).
