Instructions

Ghost:
Outline the outer edge of the cookie with white flood royal icing.
Allow the icing to set up.
Flood the entire cookie surface with white flood royal icing.
Smooth the icing with a scribe tool.
While the icing is still wet, pipe two red dots for the cheeks using red royal icing.
Allow the icing to dry completely.
Once dry, use thick black royal icing to add the mouth and eyes.
Candy Corn:
Outline the top third portion of the cookie with purple flood royal icing.
Outline the middle portion with blue flood icing.
Outline the remaining portion with red flood icing.
Allow the icing to set up for a few minutes.
Flood each section with its corresponding color and smooth with a scribe tool.
Flood all three sections at the same time to ensure they flow together.
Set the cookie aside to dry completely.
Cauldron:
Outline the main portion of the pot and the legs separately with black flood royal icing.
Allow the icing to set.
Flood the main pot with black flood royal icing and smooth it.
Allow the icing to dry.
Flood the legs with black flood royal icing.
Use thick purple royal icing to cover the rim of the pot with purple dots spilling over onto the pot.
Apply coordinating sprinkles and royal icing eyes onto the purple icing while it's still wet.
Use a scribe tool to adhere the eyes to the icing.
Vampire Lips:
Outline the cookie with red royal icing.
Pipe 2 more lines to create upper and lower lips.
After the outline has crusted, flood the upper lip and smooth it with a scribe tool.
Set aside to dry.
Repeat with the bottom lip.
Spray the lips with jewel dust and let them dry.
Once both lip sections are dry, flood the mouth opening with black flood royal icing and smooth it with a scribe tool.
Use white flood royal icing to outline the fangs and fill them in.
Pipe a rectangle with a vertical line between the fangs.
Once the outline has set, flood every other tooth with white royal icing.
Eyeball Cookie:
Outline the cookie with white flood royal icing.
Flood the entire surface with white flood royal icing and smooth it with a scribe tool.
While the icing is still wet, use red royal flood icing to pipe veins on the eyeball.
Leave space for the pupil.
Use a large decorating piping tip and an edible food marker to mark the pupil.
Outline the pupil with blue royal flood icing and fill it in.
Use black flood icing to add the center portion of the pupil and smooth it.
Use white flood icing for reflecting details in the pupil.
Halloween Candy Pail:
Pipe a small amount of black flood royal icing onto the candy corn cookie and smooth it out with a dry paintbrush.
Use flood blue royal icing to outline all sections of the candy pail, starting with the pail, eyes, mouth, and 5 vertical lines.
Flood every other section of the pail and smooth with a scribe tool.
Ensure these sections dry before completing the remaining sections.
Let the blue base dry completely.
Pipe an oval for the opening of the pail with thick black royal icing.
Pipe some icing throughout the oval and dip it into complementary sprinkles.
Use your fingers to add more sprinkles and shape the section if needed.
Use thick black icing to pipe the handle on the candy pail.
