  • Large Diamond Heart Silicone Mold
  • Merckens Chocolate Wafers - Super White Chocolate Melts
  • Elegance Crystal Pearl Color
  • Pastel Pink Candy Writer
  • Merckens Chocolate Wafers - Orange Chocolate Melts
  • Sandwich Cookie Chocolate Mold
  • Eggstravagant Egg Gummies
  • Green Wafer Shred
  • Wafer Paper Serrated Leaves
  • Wood Hammer

Melt White Candy Melts: Microwave white candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until fluid.
Coat Heart Mold:
Pour melted chocolate into the heart-shaped mold, tilt and swirl to coat all sides. Use an angled spatula to cover edges. Pour out excess, clean edges, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Repeat Coating Process:
Repeat the tilting and swirling process for a second and third layer, focusing on the top edge for the third layer. Refrigerate for 5-7 minutes between each coating.
Create Bunny Feet:
Create a bunny feet template on parchment paper. Pipe bunny feet using melted candy coating following the template. Let it set at room temperature.
Remove Heart from Mold:
Carefully remove the breakable heart from the mold after it has set. If desired, add pearly luster dust using a dry brush.
Create Bunny Tail: Cut mini marshmallows in half and dip the sticky end in desiccated coconut. Use melted white coating to glue the coconut-covered marshmallows as a cottontail.
Pipe Bunny Pads:
Heat a pink candy writer and pipe pads on the bunny feet. Use a toothpick or scribe to shape and smooth the coating. Let it set before dry brushing with pearly dust.
Attach Bunny Feet:
Peel bunny feet from parchment and attach them to the bunny using melted coating.
Melt Orange Candy Coating:
Melt orange candy coating and transfer it to a tipless piping bag. Fill a sandwich cookie mold halfway. Tap to settle and release air bubbles. Optionally, add a sandwich cookie and fill the mold with more orange coating. Freeze for 15-20 minutes.
Drizzle and Add Leaves:
Drizzle each orange piece with leftover coating. Attach green wafer paper leaves using melted coating to form carrots.
Assemble Cake Board:
Place a cake board into a cake box. Arrange egg gummies in the center and place the breakable bunny heart on top, concealing the gummies. Sprinkle edible green shed around the bunny bum, covering the cake board.
Add Carrots:
Carefully place the created chocolate carrots around the bunny on the cake board.
