To make these cookies, spread white buttercream into a thick even layer on parchment. Marble in your colored butterceram and smooth again. Freeze frosting for 15 minutes. Scrape until you achieve even lines from the scraper. Use your cookie cutter and knife to cut out the frosting, and place onto your baked cookie.
