  • 14 ounces peanut butter
  • 3-4 Tablespoons half and half, or as needed
  • 20 Chocolate cupcakes
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter mini baking chips
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet mini baking chips


Bake and cool chocolate cupcakes using your favorite recipe or baked from a cake mix. Place the buttercream icing and peanut butter in a mixer bowl. Using low speed on a mixer, blend the buttercream and peanut butter together until creamy, adding half and half as needed to keep the buttercream the desired consistency.
