Brown Sugar Cinnamon Layered Coffee

Syrup, prepared
- Instant or Brewed Hot
Coffee, prepared
- Heavy Cream
- Half & Half
- Vanilla Bean Paste
- Espresso Powder

1. Prepare brown sugar cinnamon syrup. (You can
find this recipe on our website under general
desserts)
2. Once prepared, add 2-4 tablespoons of the
brown sugar syrup to the bottom of a glass.
3. Add approximately 1 3/4 cup of hot brewed or
instant coffee & set aside.
4. Heat 1/2 cup heavy cream & 1/4 cup half & half
in a microwave-safe glass. Once heated, trans
-fer to a large bowl & add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
bean paste.
5. Whisk this mixture until thickened slightly-- you
could also use a milk frother.
6. Once thickened, spoon it over your flavored
coffee.
7. Top off with a sprinkling of turbinado sugar & a
dash of espresso for an extra coffee hit. Enjoy!
