Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer

  • 2 cups cream base
  • 1/4 cup Guittard Cocoa Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Silver Cloud Peppermint Extract*
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
Combine cream base, sugar and cocoa powder, stirring well to combine. Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer. Add peppermint extract. *Important to use a peppermint extract, not peppermint oil. Peppermint oil will remain separated in the cream base. Country Kitchen carries 2 peppermint extracts that are liquid soluble.
