Ingredients and Supplies
- 1 pound commercial caramel or basic caramel recipe
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- candy mold
- squeeze bottle
- parchment paper
- pastry bag
Melt caramel in a heavy saucepan. Add whipping cream. Stir occasionally. Bring to a boil. Let cool. Put into a pastry bag which has a coupler attached. Pipe into lined candy molds.
