  • 1 pound commercial caramel or basic caramel recipe
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • candy mold
  • squeeze bottle
  • parchment paper
  • pastry bag
  • coupler
Melt caramel in a heavy saucepan. Add whipping cream. Stir occasionally. Bring to a boil. Let cool. Put into a pastry bag which has a coupler attached. Pipe into lined candy molds.
