Ingredients and Supplies
- 1 cup almond paste
- 2 egg white (use reconstructed dried egg white)
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavor
- food color
Place almond paste in a bowl and knead until soft. Add egg whites and mix well. Add sugar one cup at a time. Continue kneading and add flavoring. If marzipan sticks to work surface, dust work surface with powdered sugar. Color with food color.
