• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 5 oz. chow mein noodles
• 3/4 cup peanuts
• 1 pound butterscotch coating
• parchment paper

Melt butterscotch coating. Add peanut butter and stir until blended well. Gently stir in noodles and peanuts. Drop mounds onto parchment paper or silicone baking mat, or spoon into candy cups.
