This versatile icing mix is ideal for frosting cupcakes, cakes, cookies, and great for piping borders, flowers or decorations. Fluffy and delicious vanilla buttercream with almond notes. To make icing using this mix you will need, 1/2 cup of shortening, 1/2 cup of softened butter, and 1/4 cup of water or milk. Prepared icing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. One mix makes enough buttercream for one 9x13" sheet cake, one 8 or 9" double layer cake, or 1-2 dozen cupcakes (depending on how they are frosted). Full instructions on box.
