Concentrated strawberry icing fruit has real fruit pulp to add flavor to confections and baked goods. Add approximately 1/2 ounce of icing fruit per 1 pound of icing, batter, or dough.
Ingredients: Strawberries, Sugar, Water, Dextrose, Contains 2% or less of the following: Citric Acid, Pectin, Ammonium Alginate, Calcium Alginate, Artifcial Flavor, Sodium Benzoate, Mono and Diglycerides, Red 40
