A mold and fermentation inhibitor, Preserve It Mold Inhibitor prevents mold growth and locks in freshness. Also helps prevent fermentation. Preserve It can be added at any stage in the recipe. Use about 1/2 teaspoon per 1 1/4 lb. total batch.
