Use isomalt nibs to create edible gems, accents for cakes, and much more. To melt: place the desired amount of nibs in a microwave safe bowl and melt in 20 second increments until the isomalt is liquid and bubbly. Tightly reseal pouch after each use. Melted isomalt is extremely hot. Wear gloves and long sleeves during preparation to protect skin.
