Cook's pure blackberry extract brings fresh or frozen berries to life in tarts, pies and fillings. A delicious berry boost for jams, jellies, candies, ice creams, smoothies, icings, and syrups.
For baking use 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon. As an accent flavor use a dropper to add 1-5 drops.
Food flavorings are shelf-stable products and do not expire. For FDA and trace-ability purposes, however, shelf life is stated as 1095 days from manufacture date.
