The Mat is a two mat system that makes rolling out and placing the fondant on the cake quick and easy. It allows you to roll fondant very thin (1/8") without using powdered sugar or corn starch, which keeps your work area cleaner and your fondant from drying out. Mat has size markings for various cake sizes. To use: place fondant in-between the two mats. Roll out to desired size and remove top mat. Pick up fondant (still attached to bottom mat) and place over cake. Gently peel away mat and continue to smooth cake as usual. Wipe mats with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly before storing.
