An ideal mold for adding awesome texture to gingerbread or other confections. To mold Fondant or other edible clay: Spray mold with cooking spray, dust with powdered sugar. Roll out clay to 1/4" consistency and press in mold. Press gently all over and cut off excess dough. Remove from mold. To mold and bake gingerbread or other cookie recipe: Spray mold with cooking spray, dust with flour. Roll out dough to 1/4" consistency and press in mold. Press gently all over and cut off excess dough. Cut out any windows or areas. Place filled mold on a cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees until dough is golden. Allow to cool for a few minutes. Release from mold.
