Making beautiful fondant flowers has never been easier. Cutter has two sides, plain and scalloped. To make flowers: 1. Roll fondant to 1/16" thickness and cut out two strips. 2. Lay one strip over the other, alternating petals. 3. Roll strips tightly from one end, gathering and pinching the straight edge to shape and secure. Fold under, cut, or pat rough edges with finger. 4. Trim flower to desired height with scissors. 5. Slightly open petals using a finger or small veining tool.
