Polycarbonate molds are high quality molds that will not warp or bend. They create chocolate pieces that are finely detailed and glossy. Mold has 24 identical cavities and 2 pieces. To use mold: Clamp both pieces together. Fill each cavity with melted chocolate. Tap mold on counter to release any air bubbles. Place mold in the freezer 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate is set. Remove clamps and lift off top mold. Turn bottom mold over to release pieces.
