The easy, sure way to make gumpaste. Just add water. Use this stiff, edible clay to create realistic decorations for your cakes and confectionery art projects. Finished pieces become very hard, delicate and porcelain-like. Ideal for hand molding and creating pieces in push molds, candy molds, silicone lace molds, bead makers, etc. Molded pieces would be hard to bite into. For softer pieces, use rolled fondant, although gum paste provides the very finest detail. Recommended shelf life is 3 months. Freezing not recommended.
Ingredients: Confectioners' Sugar, Corn Starch, Dry Corn Syrup Solids, Dry Egg Whites, Vegetable Gums (Gum Acacia, Xanthan Gum), Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.
