Ingredients and Supplies
1 cup butter, softened
½ cup sugar
2 egg yolks
2 ½ cups flour
1 pound cocoa dark

Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Stir in egg yolks. Work in flour. Knead dough on an unfloured surface until it is smooth. Roll dough and cut into shapes or press dough into a shortbread pan that has been lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Prick with a fork. Bake at 325° until edges are golden brown. After cookie has cooled dip bottom in melted chocolate coating and apply transfer sheet while chocolate is still wet. Remove transfer sheet after chocolate has set.
