baked and cooled cupcakes
orange cupcake glaze:
1 pound orange candy coating
1/2 cup whipping cream
6 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon orange flavoring

Bake white cupcakes in pink polka dot baking cups and allow to cool completely. Put all ingredients for cupcake glaze in microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 25 second increments, stirring in between until all ingredients are melted. Dip top of cupcake into glaze and allow excess to drip back into container before turning cupcake over. If glaze is running down the side of the baking cup allow more excess glaze to drip off. Roll out orange fondant and cut out scalloped circle. Emboss with monogram. Roll out pink fondant and use plunger cutter to cut small daisy. Hand mold orange center for daisy. Mix a couple drops of lemon oil with gold luster dust and use a paint brush to paint monogram and flower center. Attach monogramed circle and flower to cupcake with piping gel.
