Ingredients and Supplies
- sandwich cookies (we used lemon)
- white chocolate candy coating
- dipping fork
- valentine transfer sheet
- parchment paper or silicone mat
Cut transfer sheets in 3" squares. Melt white candy coating. Drop cookie into melted candy coating. Remove cookie using a dipping fork. Set on a silicone mat, or parchment paper. Immediately place a 3" transfer square, textured side down, on top of the dipped caramel. Allow to set up for several minutes. Remove when set.
