  • baked and cooled jumbo cupcakes
  • orange and green rolled fondant
  • orange and green royal icing
  • buttercream icing
Ice cupcakes with thin layer of buttercream icing. Roll fondant to 1/8" thickness. Place paisley texture mat on top of fondant and roll over once with rolling pin to create impression. Use circle cutter to cut out circle the size of cupcake top. Add water to royal icing until it smooths itself in approximately 8 seconds. Fill parchment cone with thinned icing and cut small hole in tip. Carefully pipe over and outliine details from impression mat.
