Cupcake Ganache
Ingredients and Supplies
  • 1/2" thick panned ganache
  • mini cupcake cookie cutter
  • Flo-Coat coloring agent
  • white candy coating
  • pink food color
  • lime green food color
  • turquoise food color
  • chocolate transer sheet
  • small round red candies
Use cookie cutters to cut ganache. Cut transfer sheet in to 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" squares. Dip bottom of cupcake in melted and colored coating and place on wax or parchment paper; lay transfer sheet square on top of wet chocolate. When dry, pull acetate paper off of cupcake. Dip top of cupcake in white candy coating; place on paper and add small red candy to top of cupcake.
