Make white gum paste flowers using fondant accessory mold; allow to dry overnite. Using black edible markers, color flowers. Cover top and bottom cake with black fondant imprinted with texture sheet. Cover middle cake with white fondant. Brush white cake lightly with water using pastry brush and apply damask designer print. Stack cakes with proper supports. Use small star tip to border top, bottom, and sides of black cakes with black royal icing. Using a small round tip and white royal icing, make dots on cake as shown. Attach flowers with piping gel.
