After mixing up cake batter, add electric blue food coloring to desired darkness. Bake cake and let cool completely.
Using the push pop cylinder, cut circles out of the sheet of cake. Push circle down to the bottom of the cylinder and pipe white buttercream icing using tip #10. Repeat until cylinder is filled. Pipe last layer of buttercream to look like fluffy clouds.

Rolled light blue fondant very thin. Cut airplanes. Using tip #6, cut darker blue dots and attach to airplane using piping gel. Roll red fondant very thin and cut circles using tip #10 and attach to airplane wings with piping gel. Roll white rolled fondant and cut mini stars; attach them to the red circles with piping gel. Nestle finished airplane in the top of each push-up pop.
