Melt candy coatings. Fill parchment bag with black candy coating; cut small opening and detail soccer balls. Let set at room temperature then spoon white candy coating into molds. Insert sucker stick and place in freezer. When coating is cold and mold is cloudy, remove from freezer and set on piece of parchment. Roll fondant very thin and cut numbers; apply to balls with melted coating.
