  • buttercream icing
  • black food color

  • royal icing
  • Sixlets candy: black and white
  • gumpaste flower cutters
  • silver disco dust
  • piping gel
  • small round decorating tip
  • wooden skewer
Decorate cake drum with rhinestone wrap. Cover cakes with fondant and secure to cake drum; preparing them for stacking. Use a damp pastry brush to attach edible images. Secure Sixlets to cake with piping gel. Decorate cookies with fondant then detail them buttercream, royal icing, or more fondant. Make gumpaste flowers using cutters. To make centers, roll smal pieces of gumpaste into balls and brush with piping gel. Roll balls into disco dust then attach to flower centers with piping gel. Attach cookies and flowers to cake using piping gel or buttercream icing. Eiffel tower will need to be supported by using buttercream to secure to a skewer.
