Roll fondant very thin and cut birds. When using the texture mat, roll fondant thin then place fondant on top of mat and roll over fondant with gently, even pressure. Flip mat over and carefully remove mat then use cutter to cut birds. Press fondant into accessory mold to form wings. Remove fondant using a sharp pin or mold tool. Attach wings to bird using piping gel. Allow birds to dry overnight.

Using a pastry bag fitted with tip 1M, pipe icing onto top of cupcakes. Insert birds into top of icing.
