- 16 ounces Candy Coating
- 4 ounces Corn Syrup or Glucose (warmed)
Homemade Modeling Chocolate Recipe Directions: 1. Melt Candy Melts until just melted. 2. Warm corn syrup or glucose until barely warm and add food color if desired. 3. Fold into candy melts using minimal strokes. You don't want to overmix as it will become oily and there is no way to fix it. 4. Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap and allow to cool at room temperature overnight. 5. After the modeling chocolate has set up, knead a small amount with your hands. It will warm and become pliable from the warmth of your hands. 6. Add candy color by kneading into the modeling chocolate if desired.
