Bake cupcakes in zebra print liners. While cupcakes are cooling, use a round cookie cutter to trace circles on the back of the edible images for tops of cupcake. You want to make sure the cutter is large enough to cover the entire top of the cupcake. Cut images carefully with scissors. Ice cupcakes with white buttercream and place edible image on top of damp icing. Dot shoes with piping gel and place on top of edible image.
