Ice cupcakes with thin layer of buttercream icing. Roll pink fondant to approximately 1/8" thickness and use circle cutter the same size as cupcake to cut round disks. Place fondant on top of cupcake and smooth edges. Roll green fondant to approximately 1/8" thickness and use scroll cutters to cut out designs. Carefully place scrolls on cupcake, attaching with water if necessary. Cut off ends of scrolls at the edge of cupcake. Place cupcake in cupcake wrapper. Use small dot of buttercream to attach butterfly to top of cupcake.
