Roll white fondant to desired thickness to cover cake drum or board. Brush drum or board with piping gel and cover. Use patchwork cutter to emboss fondant. Roll white fondant to desired thickness and cover cake. Pipe small dot boarder using buttercream icing. Roll pink, white and red rolled fondant thin. Using pastry wheel or cutters, make an oval rug insetting colors into each other. Use texture mat to pattern rug. Brush center of cake with piping gel and lay rug over gel. Mold cradle out of coating and assemble. Center cradle over rug. Roll light pink fondant thin and cut an oblong blanket; scalloping the edges. Fold blanket over edge of cradle. Form a pillow out of white rondant and place under blanket at the head of the cradle. Use flower and leaf molds to make accents. Roll pink fondant and cut scalloped circles then roll white fondant thin and cut round circles. Cut letters from pink fondant. Assemble letter discs using piping gel. Use decorating tip to make two holes in top of disc. Using clay extruder, make rope to string letters together. Attach discs to cake with piping gel then attach rope to discs swagging the rope between the letters. Make rope bows for each end and adorn with molded leaves and roses. Place bear at foot of cradle.
