Ingredients and Supplies
  • 1 lb. dark chocolate coating
  • 1/2 lb. white chocolate coating
  • snowflake transfer sheet
  • peppermint oil
  • round cavity silicone mat
Melt both colors of chocolate and add approximately 8 drops of peppermint oil to the white coating, or more or less to your taste. Place silicone mat on parchment paper. Starting with the white coating spread across silicone mat being sure to completely fill cavity and remove any excess off the top. Allow chocolate to set and remove disks from silicone mat. Repeat the same process with dark chocolate and as soon as the excess is scraped off the top place a white disk on top of each cavity so the melted dark chocolate will hold them together. After chocolate is set remove attached pieces. Repeat the process again, but this time add a piece of transfer sheet texture side up underneath each cavity. After the excess chocolate is scraped off place the opposite side of the white disk on the melted chocolate to create 3 layers. After chocolate has set remove transfer sheet pieces and remove from silicone mold.
