Ingredients and Supplies
  • wreath cake pan
  • buttercream icing
  • green food color
  • large leaf tip
  • poinsettia and holly picks
  • round gold candies
  • red candy coating
  • bow candy mold
  • gold pearl dust
Melt candy coating and mold large bow. Brush bow with pearl dust when molded, then set aside. Ice top of cake with white buttercream and outside edge and sides of cake with green buttercream. Using large leaf tip, pipe leaves around the 3" outer edge of the top of the cake; leaving a hole in the center of the cake as a wreath. At the top of the wreath, place bow on top of leaves. Decorate wreath with candies and picks.
