Roll fondant to desired thickness and cut using same cutters used for cookies; attach to cookie using piping gel. For chevron pattern, lightly spray texture mat with cooking spray. Wipe off excess with a paper towel. Roll fondant to desired thickness. Place texture mat on fondant. Firmly roll over the mat. Use cutter to cut fondant and attach to cookie using piping gel.< br/>
Use flexible poly blade to trim cookies with contrasting colors. Make hat tassels using small holes disk of clay extruder. Color raised chevron lines with edible markers
