Mix a little bit of blue fondant with some white fondant to get the sky color. Roll fondant to desired thickness. Use snowglobe cutter and cut fondant; using poly blade to cut the base part of the fondant away. Brush cookie with piping gel then apply fondant. Roll brown fondant to same thickness but roll texture mat over fondant then cut a snowglobe. Use the poly blade to cut away the globe. Attach to cookie. Mold a small piece of fondant into a snow bank with a round bottom and attach to bottom of globe. Use ball tool to detail bank. Roll a white piece of fondant and cut a small snowman; cut away hat using poly blade. Roll a blue piece of fondant and cut a small snowman; cut away the hat. Attach snowman to globe using piping gel then attach blue hat to snowman. Use poly blade to cut tiny thin strips for the scarf then attach with piping gel. Use black non-pareils for face and belly. Roll a tiny piece of orange fondant for the nose using piping gel to attach. Randomly dot piping gel over surface of cookie and place snowflakes and tiny white pareils on gel dots. Brush piping gel over the details of the snowbank and sprinlke tiny white non-pareils over the gel.
