Roll black fondant to desired thickness and cut penguins using the same cutter used to make cookies. Using poly blade, cut off feet and hat then attach remaining black fondant to cookie using piping gel. Roll orange, blue, green, pink and lavender fondant the same thickness as the black and cut penguins using the cutter. Using the poly blade, cut the feet and hat pieces and attach to cookies with piping gel. Roll white fondant very thin and cut using oval and round cutters; apply to black fondant. Mold orange pieces of fondant with your hands to form the beak. Add black pearls to face using piping gel. Cut strip of colored fondant for scarves and use poly blade to fringe the ends; attach using piping gel.
