Color fondant. Use texture sheets to get several different designs. Use 3" round cutter to cut the fondant to the size of the top of the cupcake. Attach with buttercream icing or piping gel. Use royal icing and tip #1 to add details. Push toothpicks into marshmallows then spray marshmallows with silver spray. Insert toothpick in to cupcake for ornament top.
