Molded Cherry Cordials

- 2 pounds dark chocolate coating
- maraschino cherries
- 1/2 pound fondant candy
- cherry candy mold
- squeeze bottle
- parchment paper
- spatula
Melt dark chocolate candy coating. Pour melted candy coating into a squeeze bottle. Fill each cavity and the pour out the excess onto parchment paper. Scrape top of mold to get clean edge around each cavity. Place a maraschino cherry into each cavity. Put a small amount of fondant around each cherry. Use melted chocolate in squeeze bottle to seal in the cherry and fondant. Place mold in freezer. Release candy when completely set.
