Melt candy coating and add 12 drops of peppermint oil per pound. Mold flat, square mints. Melt red candy coating and fill parchment cone. Cut tip off parchment cone and drizzle fine lines across mints. Before drizzle has set, quickly place sugar lay-on on top of each mint.
