Extra Wide Stripes Round Buttercream Cookies

To make these cookies, spread white buttercream into a thick even layer on parchment-- place into freezer for 10-15 minutes. Scrape to achieve the stripe grooves, and place into freezer for another 10 minutes. Once cold, fill in the grooves with your colored buttercream and scrape smooth-- place into freezer for 15 minutes. Once cold, heat up your smooth scraper with a torch and continue to scrape the buttercream until you are left with crisp lines. Use your cookie cutter to cut out the frosting, and place onto your baked cookie.
