Blueberry Meringues

Beat 6 egg whites until they reach stiff peaks. Slowly add 300 grams of Sugar & Crumbs Blueberry Icing Sugar. Once it has all been added, continue to mix on high for 5-10 minutes. Pipe on baking sheet and bake at 225F for 45 minutes. Turn off oven, leaving the meringues where they are, and DO NOT OPEN door for 2 hours.
