Bake cupcakes following recipe or mix instructions. Allow to cool completely. Color some rolled fondant black. Roll out fondant and cut out several small flowers. Create layered flowers by stacking flowers and gently pressing together in center with fondant ball tool. Fill pastry bag fitted with #12 tip and pipe swirl on top of cupcake. Start at the outside edge and work toward the center. While buttercream is still wet place layered flowers on top.
