Melt Cocoa Lite and put in squeeze bottle. Fill cavities of acorn mold and let set a few minutes. Dump coating out of mold cavities onto parchment paper, leaving each cavity lined with coating. Note: Coating on parchment paper may be remelted. Neatly scrape edges with spatula. Let lined cavities set up room temperature, then fill with maple nut candy center, leaving a coating rim around the top. Seal in the candy center with Cocoa Lite from a squeeze bottle, being sure newly squeezed coating joins the coating around the rim of the mold. Place filled mold in freezer and let fall out when mold is cloudy and candy feels cold. To keep coating in squeeze bottle fluid when not using, place in electric skillet lined with 5 dish towel and set at lowest possible temperature.
