Chocolate Toffee Pumpkin Seed Bark

Ingredients and Supplies
  • 1 pound cocoa dark candy coating or real chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup hulled salted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup toffee crunch
  • pumpkin bark mold
Melt candy coating. Add cayenne pepper and stir. Stir in pepitas and toffee crunch. Pour into a bark candy mold or spread on parchment paper or silicone mat. Cut into squares when “just set”, and break apart when completely set. Use a mini pizza cutter to easily score into squares after candy is “just set.” When completely set, break into perfect squares.
