Ingredients and Supplies
  • cupcakes
  • buttercream icing
  • orange food coloring
  • orange sanding sugar
  • brown rolled fondant
  • green rolled fondant
  • offset spatula
  • piping gell
Tint buttercream with orange food coloring. Use a small offset spatula to ice cupcakes, mounding slightly. While icing is still wet roll in orange sanding sugar. After icing has crusted slightly use the back side of a knife to make ridges in the icing. Use the brown and green fondant to create a stem and tendrils and attach to cupcakes with piping gel.
