Ingredients and Supplies
  • standard size cupcakes
  • crushed vanilla wafers
  • ivory colored buttercream icing
  • edible rocks
  • parchment triangles
  • cocoa lite candy coating
  • parchment sheet
Melt candy coating and place in small parchment triangle. Free hand pipe small crosses onto the piece of parchment sheet. Try to make edges ragged and not straight across. Make several more than the actual cupcakes to allow for breakage. Allow crosses to harden.

Ice cupcakes using a knife or a bag fitted with a open tip. Roll cupcake in crushed vanilla wafers and place edible rocks around the top. Place one cross in the center of the cupcake.
